This Crystal Lake, Illinois customer needed to replace a 20 year old 40 gallon Kenmore gas water heater in their high rise building. The existing water heater was located in the customer’s ground floor. Since Crystal Lake requires a safety inspection for this service, DRF assisted this customer in obtaining the required documents prior to the installation.
