Coronavirus Response from DRF Water Heating Solutions

To all our valued families, customers, team members, partners and communities we serve:

At DRF, the health and safety of our customers and team is our #1 priority. In light of the impacts that COVID-19 is having across the globe, we are doing all we can to protect our customers and team members.

We are actively monitoring COVID-19 updates from the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and are evolving our practices in accordance with the guidance provided by government officials and public health professionals.

As licensed agents of the Department of Public Health, DRF’s team is charged with stepping up to help the public as others must step back during this time.

Because many of our customer’s critical needs require DRF to maintain continuous performance during this time, we have instituted the following proactive steps:

Every DRF Team Member has confirmed:

• They have not traveled to any of the CDC Level 3 countries (Iran, Italy, South Korea, & China).
• They are not caring for anyone, nor have knowingly been exposed to anyone with symptoms of the virus.
• At the start of EVERY shift, they have no flu or flu-like symptoms.

To ensure full support, DRF is:

• Offering a support hotline to call for any questions relating to the virus (800.232.4636).
• Providing disinfectant supplies to all team members to use in wiping down tools, work spaces, and vehicles.
• In addition to our internal broadcasting updates, we are encouraging employees to monitor the CDC’s website as a resource for ways that to best protect themselves from becoming ill, such as washing their hands frequently and using hand sanitizer and/or anti-bacterial wipes.
