Resource Conservation Solutions (RCS) is DRF’s proprietary terminology that describes a multi-family or other commercial initiative that is undertaken to assess a properties water and energy usage while providing cost-saving solutions.
An RCS project starts with an efficiency assessment performed by our team of licensed technicians and analysts. We will visit your facility to determine if and how your property can reduce utility and equipment maintenance costs through replacement with new, high efficiency equipment. If our assessment reveals that a mechanical system update will yield significant savings and upon your approval to proceed, we will custom design and install a solution to update your critical systems while maintaining a neutral cash-flow position.
