How do I take advantage of the 1-Year Best Value Price Guarantee?

If you purchase from DRF and obtain a lower competitor’s quote for identical products and services* at your address, contact us at PriceMatch@DRFtps.com within one year of the original service. Be sure to provide us with the name and license number of the service provider, the product & service details, a copy of the competitor’s quote* and we’ll do the rest!

This guarantee does not apply to the following conditions:

• Direct municipal permit costs, taxes or other fees imposed by others.
• Bulk purchase orders.
• Items that are out of stock, open-box, clearance, refurbished, used, liquidation sales, typographical errors or manufacturer rebate offers.
• Quotes from any entity or individual without proper licensing, insurance and bonding.
• Non-current or expired offers.
• Special financing offers.
• Warranty replacements.

*Competitive quote for equivalent materials, service levels, labor scope, applicable finance offers, insurance coverage levels, delivery and related warranties from a local plumbing contractor with valid Department of Public Health license on company document.
