Tom and Matt installed a Tankless water heater for us. Both were very professional and introduced themselves appropriately at the front door. Tom explained everything that was to take place. Matt provided expected time frames. Both of them used please, thank you, your welcome which is hard to come by these days. Other than tools, I never heard either of them, they just went about doing a quick thorough job. At the end Tom went over the installation, the valves, etc. He answered my questions. He even offered to wipe up his footprints. Thank you for a seamless (well almost) job especially since I had just finished a night shift and could rest comfortably knowing I had two capable and trustworthy professionals coming in and out of my home.
