A huge thank you to Andy and Tim for the great work they did installing our new water heater! My husband and I just moved into our new home and have been exhausted with the process, in addition discovering among other needs, that we unexpectedly had to get a new water heater. Andy and Tim arrived and discovered the previous installers of the old unit, along with another tank that was installed two closely beside the existing heater, was poorly installed and would take extra time and effort than the norm to get us up and running. But they were up to the task and stayed the extra hours to ensure installation was well completed. This happened over a weekend and I’m sure these guys would’ve loved to get on home, but they stayed the extra time without complaint and went out of their way to help and share all the info needed to understand our new system. We not only appreciated the good work, but also the helpful and positive attitudes. Thanks, Andy and Tim for a great job!
