We went to Home Depot this morning looking to replace our leaking water heater ourselves. We ended up contacting DRF through the HD Service desk instead. Our information was taken down and the service was on it’s way. No water heater to lug home, install and better yet no old heater to lug out to the curb. Rich P. and Andrew P. were in and out within thirty minutes. Polite, courteous and professional. A real tribute to the trade. They even gave my son a few pointers on becoming a tradesman. Attention to customer service is lost on a lot of businesses these days chasing the next dollar. The customer comes first at DRF and it shows. Thanks guys!
