Water heater failed on a Saturday morning. We were having a house-full of guests over for dinner that day. DRF was able to install that same day without additional weekend charges. We were informed of the crew's expected arrival and they were on time. Nicely done install. Good soldering, nice pipe outlay and water heater was positioned so that we had much easier access to all functions, unlike previous install by other party. The DRF crew saw a weakness in the previous expansion tank install and made logical corrections. I thought the overall install price was on high side of average for our area. Thought the cost of some additional parts needed beyond the total quote of install were a bit excessive. I was quoted an overall install price over the phone, but would like to see better breakout of that quote on final receipt, Overall, very happy with install and would highly recommend these guys.
