We are monitoring and following steps recommended by federal, state and local officials to minimize the spread of COVID-19. We have implemented best practices to mitigate risks and protect the health and well-being of our team members, customers, partners, and candidates.
Where possible, we have expanded our remote work policy for team members able to serve customers from home. In our offices, we have established maximum staffing and social distancing policies in line with federal guidelines. For all team members, we have instituted a process of daily temperature checks and self-certification that they are symptom-free at the beginning of each day; any team member with a fever or symptoms is asked to stay home and self-quarantine.
We have instituted increased cleaning protocols for our facilities and vehicles with a minimum schedule of disinfecting high-touch, high-traffic areas like door handles, office equipment, restrooms and breakrooms three times each day. Should we become aware of possible exposure, a professional cleaning service that meets CDC guidelines is brought in sanitize workspaces, common areas, and building entrances and exits.
