DRF offers annual service contracts for residential and commercial irrigation systems.
DRF Water Heating Solutions will furnish professional service for the irrigation system and RPZ Certification at your location.
Annual Service Contact Includes (10 Zones or Less*):
- Start Up: Turn on main valve, reconnect RPZ, perform a complete inspection of system, program controller, Inspect Fertigation and HosEnclose where applicable. One-time adjustment, clean & regulate sprinkler heads for direction, throw and rate of discharge.
- Certification: Dedicated irrigation backflow prevention device (RPZ) tested and certified by CCCDI (Cross Connection Control Device Inspector) Licensed plumber, as required by the State of Illinois. Certification will be filed with municipality or 3rd party provider, if applicable, at no additional charge.
- Winterization: Turn off water, Disconnect RPZ (bagged and supplied to customer for safe keeping in controlled environment) and blow-out system with compressed air. This service is warranted insuring there will be no freeze damage due to water left in pipes.

The following services are not included under this contract: Pumps or pump controls, inadequate coverage caused by decrease in normal city water pressure, repairs due to damage caused by fire, flood, accident, construction, abuse, damage by others, alterations to, or extensions of the system. Basic Service Calls or System Repairs are not covered under this contract & will be billed at our standard minimum rates for a Service Call or Repair charge.
