Very punctual, polite and knowledgeable. Provided very complete review of our new water heater at completion of install. During install my malfunctioning sump came up in conversation and I was offered Home Depot services for that as well (I’m happy it was not a high pressure pitch) but I took a pass this time. Overall great experience from the dispatcher to installers!

This Carpentersville, Illinois customer needed to replace a 10 year old 40 gallon Richmond natural gas water heater in their single family home. The existing water heater was located in the customer’s basement.
