Jesse and his assistant Tyler installed two fifty gal. water heaters in my son Gerard's building. What I liked most about the job was that they worked well together. Tyler obviously had confidence in Jesse for good reason. Jesse was respectful of Tyler also for good reason. It was not a routine installation, but with Jesse's experience and personal skill and judgement and personal confidence to try various solutions, it got done. There was not enough room, no matter how you measured, to get the the old ones out or the larger new ones in. They had to squeeze between a boiler and a furnace. Rather than partially dismantle both he moved the boiler as much as the flex in the pipes would allow, then squeezed the water heaters through. He explained what he was doing during the installations. He also explained how they operated and and how to maintain them. He showed me that they were functioning properly, and he answered all my questions. People who looked at the job earlier made it seem onerous and Jesse made it look easy. I've no doubt Tyler will become a skilled technician as well.
