I was very pleased with my experience. The call center, dispatch and the service technicians were professional and friendly. Tom and Bill (service tech and apprentice) in particular were very responsive and accommodating. We discovered during the initial consult that the tank I ordered wouldn't fit and Tom made a special exception and had a water heater delivered to my house while they waited. Heater works great and I am very satisfied.
