Both the folks on the phone and the installers who arrived to the house were very professional and did a quality job. I was amazed at how quickly I could go from needing a hot water heater to having it installed. It was less than three hours from purchase to install. I realize that can't be the standard, but that doesn't diminish my appreciation for the quick, professional support and service.
