The DRF staff on the phone, and Joe who conducted the installation with his assistant were very professional and courteous. It was amazing how quickly you could go from needing a water heater to having it installed. From the time I showed up to Home Depot to select the heater to the time of completion couldn't have been more than four hours (I'm not saying everyone would have those same results, but it was amazingly quick service). Thanks to Joe and the whole crew for getting our family back up and running again after a very stressful weekend (following our water heater failing and flooding our basement).
