I have no complaints or concerns. Ryan (and Alex) came in and explained everything that was going to be done. Explained the quote difference because of the old pipes in my house. I authorized the new pricing/ job and they got right to work. When they were finished Ryan pointed out all the piping that he installed , demonstrated how to reset the pilot on the water heater and showed me where to find the instructions on the tank if I needed them. I'm was very impressed at how "fast" the job was done. Great job Ryan and Alex.
