Rich and his assistant did a nice job getting the new tank to fit properly in a fairly tight spot. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. The one negative in this experience is no reflection on the installers, it was the cost. I was not expecting the cost of the installation to be something like 160% of the cost of the water heater. But, I guess I'm out of touch as I have always been the DIY guy.

Water Heater Services Provided

This South Holland, Illinois customer needed to replace a 13 year old 40 gallon Kenmore gas water heater in their single family home. The existing water heater was located in the customer’s utility room. Since South Holland requires a safety inspection for this service, DRF assisted this customer in obtaining the required documents prior to the installation.
