Andy came out to fix two of my toilets. They both had the same issue. He was very quick and made sure they were working. He asked me if I needed anything else looked at. He gave me good advice about the shower knobs so I wouldn’t have to over spend. So nice and thoughtful. I also had concerns about a drip that I could hear in the garage walls. He checked the water meter to make sure my house was drip free and said it’s probably the toilet upstairs. That really calmed my fears that the pipes inside the walls are going to break. I really appreciated the work and advice that he gave. I would definitely request him again. I think I have had your service guys out about 4 times now and they are all very nice and helpful.
