Rich was friendly, professional and definitely knew his job. He discussed installation, procedures, requirements, everything before anything was done. After installation and all was well with the set up Rich inquired as to whether or not I had questions or concerns, I did and he answered with explanations to my concerns. I felt secure and safe with Rich handling this, I'm really afraid of gas water heaters, furnaces, etc.. I would highly recommend Rich on the job.
