Spoke with Joel on Sunday and he answered all my questions and got me set up with install the following day. Kevin and Andy came out and installed my water heater, install took about an hour and Kevin took me through all the things I needed to know about my new unit. Andy took care when he was coming in and out of my home with the dolly when bringing in/removing the water heaters.
