Tom and Dave were thorough and explained everything from the start. I ended up needing a short unit and they were able to have one delivered while they started removing the old unit. They found a gas leak and advised me to call Nicor, which I did. Tom called after their next job and asked if he could stop back to double check that he did indeed tighten a connection. That was so thoughtful! He could have just blown it off and waited to see if I called with a drip later. The heater and the pipes around it look so much better now. Thank you for a job well done.
