I had a great experience having Antuan C and Marcello from DRF Water Heating Solutions
Install my new Rheem Hot Water Heater. I was frustrated and a bit frazzled having my old heater spewing water from the top and then from the bottom, on one of the coldest nights of the year, December 12, 2016. Antuan was professional and explained what he was going to do with the help of Marcello. The installation seemed to go smoothly and they were finished much faster than I expected. Antuan took the time to show me how to operate/care for my heater. What was a stressful day was made easier for me as I appreciated the care he took in doing so. This was my first brand new water heater having owned the house almost four years. Customer service was excellent! I look forward to enjoying my heater in the years to come.
