I bought my house almost four years ago. It was not a new house and I knew it needed upgrades. Things don't always go as planned. So I have improved things a little at a time. Gratefully. Customer care can go a long way in touching someone's heart especially when they are having a bad day. We are human at the end of the day. Thank you guys for touching mine that day.
