I called to have a water heater replaced. Andy and, I believe, Anthony (he didn’t say much but he was great) came by to do the work. After introductions, I completed the required paperwork with Anthony while Anthony prepped the area. No sooner had I left them to their work then I was called back down to the basement. They had quickly diagnosed the situation as a failed sump pump check valve and not the water heater. Within an hour, the paperwork was updated, the pump and check valve replaced, the work area spotlessly cleaned and both were on their way.
This was a great experience for me due to the professionalism, honesty and expertise of both men. I’d definitely recommend HD Services and DRF Trusted Solutions to others.
