Long pause between online request and call-back -- so called direct. Arrived next day. Install was highly efficient and very complete. Installer (Clayton / DRF) was extremely professional and very personable. Explained and then did all necessary steps from initial information to final clean-up. Overall -- (almost) excellent. The ONLY downside to the overall experience was the EXPENSE!
