Albert and his assistant arrived exactly as I was told to expect him.. They were courteous and efficient. Albert explained what was to be done including one item needing correction to bring installation to code. The site was left clean and the tank removed from the property.
Additionally, my experience with Theresa was excellent. She was fully knowledgeable about my situation, and I was impressed that she had access to the records on the 2003 install handled through Home Depot.
